So many happy updates to relate!
It's probably obvious to anyone who has visited my website that I am not overly good at maintaining the blog here as I'm much more active on Instagram and Facebook, (give me a follow me on either/both of those if you'd like!) Every now and then I try to get caught up with here too, and I've had a great deal of good news lately that I'd like to share!
My painting Only She Knows What She Sees was accepted into the 64th National Society of Painters in Casein and Acrylic Annual Exhibition at the Salmagundi Club in New York City where it was awarded The Judy and Elias Newman Memorial Award.
The same piece has also been accepted into the National Oil and Acrylic Painters Society 28th Best of America Exhibition, which will be on exhibit at the Eisele Gallery of Fine Art in Cincinnati from September 14-October 13.
I also have several watercolor pieces as part of a local group art show, Floral and Fauna: Sumer in the City, at The Gallery in Malden now through July 22nd. Check it out to see not only my watercolors but some lovely photography by Ose Manheim, acrylic paintings and ceqarmic sculptures by Peg Kane, and fabric art by Janis Doucette.
